The Villas are located at the Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, one mile from Walt Disney World® Resort and seven miles from the convention center. Panoramic golf-course views accompany dinner at the Nine18. The Clubhouse Bar and Grill is a popular post-golf gathering spot. The resort has 5,500 square feet of meeting space. The Villas of Grand Cypress charges a daily resort fee of $15 per room (subject to change). The fee covers:

The Villas of Grand Cypress features 146 one- and two-story villas and club suites with Mediterranean decor. Villas and suites have separate living areas; French doors lead to furnished patios. Accommodations provide flat-panel HDTVs.
